Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the digo app, buy digo characters, or use this website. digo is provided by Gridex Inc., a US company at 1545 Wigwam Pkwy Unit 0633, Henderson, NV 89074-8271, USA ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using digo you agree to these terms.
digo is free
digo is free to download and use, with no limits on use and no account. The cat that comes with the app stays free.
Characters
- Other characters can be bought in the app. What you buy is a license to wear and use that character on the Macs you use. A character changes the look and the voice, never what digo does.
- The price is the one shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record, and Stripe's terms also apply to the payment.
- Your license is emailed to the address you paid with. On another Mac, restore it with the link or the license code in that email.
- The characters' artwork and animation belong to us or our licensors. You may not resell, redistribute or extract the character files on their own.

What you say and what gets written
- Speech is recognized on your Mac; see the privacy policy.
- digo only writes into the input box. Sending is up to you. You are responsible for what you send to an AI agent or any other app, and for what it does with it.
- Speech recognition makes mistakes. Check anything important before you send it.
Fair use
Don't use digo for anything unlawful, don't get around its license checks, and don't take apart, modify and redistribute digo or its character files, except where the law expressly allows it.
Updates
digo checks for updates once a day. We may improve, change or retire features; characters you bought will stay usable as far as we can foresee, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.
No warranty
digo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty, express or implied, that digo will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from using or being unable to use digo, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for digo in the previous 12 months. Your rights as a consumer under the law where you live are not affected.
Ending
You can stop using and delete digo at any time. We may end your license if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without taking away mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Using digo after a change means you accept the new terms.
